Ali Fakhri
Director - Asset Management

Responsible for all acquisitions and transactions post acquisition, contributes to investment strategy and asset selection at an early stage, leasing and management of properties acquired by the Trust and ensuring that strategies are diligently pursued to a successful conclusion.

Ali holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the University of Greenwich, UK. Ali is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) for the past eleven years and currently acts as an assessor for new candidates wishing to join the institution.

Ali has 16 years of real estate experience, ten years of which were gained whilst worked working within the London property market. The last position he held was managing a commercial portfolio in the London area valued in excess of USD600m.

Ali has also worked with major organisations such as CB Hillier Parker, House of Fraser and Strutt & Parker in the fields of Commercial property agency, Valuation, Development and Asset Management.

In the GCC region Ali has worked with Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai Properties and Tourism Development Investment Company (Abu Dhabi) within the fields of Development and Asset Management, participating in major projects such as Saadiyat Island, Jumeriah Beach Residence and Dubai International Financial Centre.

Ali’s areas of expertise are valuations, asset management, property management and development of commercial properties.

Ali joined AREIT in 2007 and resides in Dubai.
